What we do
- Find out why the Wi-Fi drops: a weak router, a bad spot for it, walls, interference, or too many devices.
- Replace the router, or add a mesh system or wired access points where the house needs them.
- Put the equipment somewhere sensible and tidy, not on the floor behind the TV.
- One network name for the whole house, a guest network, and a separate one for smart home devices if you want it.
- Reconnect the TVs, speakers, printers, doorbells and thermostats to the new network.
- Walk the house with you and check the signal in each room.
Mesh or wired?
For many homes a good mesh system is enough. In larger houses, or homes with brick, stone or a detached office, access points on their own network cable work better, because each one gets a full-speed connection instead of relaying over the air. When a house needs new cable run, our sister brand Smart Hands TN handles that part.
How pricing works
On-site appointments have a $99 visit fee. If you hire us for the job, the full $99 is credited toward it. We tell you what the work will cost before we go further.
Equipment is quoted separately, and we will tell you what we recommend and why before anything is bought.

Questions
Do I have to change internet providers?
Usually not. Most Wi-Fi problems are the equipment inside the house, not the internet service coming in.
Can you use the equipment I already have?
If it's in good shape, yes. If it's the cause of the problem, we will show you why before suggesting a replacement.
Will my devices need to be reconnected?
If the network name or password changes, yes. We reconnect them during the visit.
Can the equipment be hidden?
Yes. We find spots that work for the signal and keep the equipment out of sight as much as the house allows.
