How a visit goes
Book a time online or call or text (615) 490-0876 and tell us what's going on. A technician comes to your home at the time you chose, works through the list with you, and leaves a short written summary of what changed.
We work in the open. Nothing is installed or removed without asking, and anything we see on your devices stays confidential.
How pricing works
On-site appointments have a $99 visit fee. If you hire us for the job, the full $99 is credited toward it. We tell you what the work will cost before we go further.
If it's something that can be handled from a distance, remote help is another option.

We come to homes and offices within about 20 miles of downtown Nashville, including East Nashville, Donelson, Hermitage, Old Hickory, Madison, Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet, Antioch, La Vergne, Brentwood, Nolensville and Bellevue. Just outside that? Ask and we will let you know.

Do you work on both Mac and Windows?
Yes. Mac and Windows computers, plus iPhone, iPad and Android devices.
Do I need to be home for the visit?
Yes, or someone you trust needs to be there to let us in and sign in to the devices.
Will you ask for my passwords?
We never ask for passwords, codes or card numbers by phone or text. During a visit, you type them in yourself.
Can you help a parent or relative?
Yes. Many visits are for parents or grandparents. Tell us when you book and we will go at their pace.
